This enhancer is used in various domestic or imported automatic cardboard production lines to produce three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer and other types of cardboard, replacing other various additives.
Advantage
1. The film is hard: the reinforcing agent has been strengthened, the film has high hardness, and the flat compressive strength and edge compressive strength of the bonded cardboard are obviously improved, and the edge compressive strength is increased by about 15%
Two. Excellent moisture resistance: The glue enhancer has undergone moisture resistance treatment to ensure the moisture resistance of the film. Compared with pure starch glue, it is significantly improved, and has the same effect as water-resistant additives. It can better meet the needs of moisture-resistant and strong-proof cartons in humid environments.
3. Low gelatinization point: The enhancer has a low gelatinization temperature (gelatinization point), which is 3-5*C lower than ordinary starch, which ensures firm bonding and can significantly increase the start-up speed.

5. Low price: The price of this enhancer is much lower than that of other similar additives.
Instructions
enhancer is used in conjunction with starch, and the specific methods of use are divided into two situations:
1, one part enhancer plus two parts starch (equal to three parts starch use).
2. One part enhancer plus three parts starch (equal to four parts starch use).
3. One part enhancer plus four parts starch (equivalent to five parts starch use).
The glue making process and process are the same as corn starch glue. The use of the enhancer can obviously increase the strength of corrugated cardboard, increase the start-up speed, improve moisture resistance, and save costs.
