Corrugated cardboard low temperature and low pressure starch modifier is a modifier for tile adhesive. It is a high molecular polymer molecule that replaces the hydroxyl groups in the starch to form a stable cross-linking. The starch molecules are surrounded by cross-linking molecules, which enhance the heat resistance and shear resistance, thereby maintaining viscosity stability during the cycle. Since the hydroxyl group is substituted, it changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Therefore, it is easy to dehydrate when dry, and the drying speed is increased, thereby increasing the speed of the vehicle. Crosslinker molecules are easy to affinity with fiber molecules, helping to improve adhesion. Since the reaction process of the cross-linking molecule is relatively slow and irreversible, the adhesion and moisture-proof effect will gradually increase as the paperboard leaves the production line, and will be hydrophobic after the reaction is completed, thereby forming a strong, moisture-proof and waterproof slurry film.

The additive can significantly improve the physical index of the paperboard, reduce the amount of eating, increase the speed of the vehicle by 10%-30%, reduce the energy consumption, save energy by 20% -30%, and remove the concerns of the manufacturer.
